At YiWu Made, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, certain items, such as opened or used toys, cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Gift cards and digital products are also non-returnable.
3. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@yiwumade.com for a return authorization.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
